The sauna is exclusively accessible to individuals aged 16 and above.
Please ensure to bring two towels, suitable swim attire, drinking water, a dry robe or similar, and appropriate footwear for walking to the sea.

There are public toilets near where we are located on Shoalstone Beach.

Kindly arrive prepared for the sauna experience. Limited secure storage is available for valuables, so we advise minimising personal items.
Changing facilities are provided in the Shoalstone Carpark toilets and the Shelter opposite the Sauna.
We recommend taking regular breaks during the sauna session, approximately 8-10 minutes in the sauna followed by a 5-minute break, preferably spent in the water or relaxing on a deck chair.
Please remove any jewellery that may become hot and pose a risk of injury.
Please adhere to a swimsuit dress code in the sauna; nudity is not permitted.
The duration of the sauna session is 60 minutes.
