My experience at Halogi was AMAZING. I enjoy cold showers and swimming in the sea. I’ve never really enjoyed a sauna, but after the contrast of a cold sea swim followed by a hot sauna and cold baths that Halogi provided. I have changed my mind about saunas. I think the reason is because you can decide how long you spend in each activity. After my session I felt refreshed and my body was tingling. I also throughly recommended the moisturising body scrub. I’m looking forward to my next session.

I excitedly went along to the halogi fire and ice taster session last week. It was a fantastic experience run by great guys. Ross was very friendly and helpful. I loved the contrast of the ice baths and the hot sauna. I could feel my leg muscles easing during the session which has aided my recovery, while also being a great way to calm and focus the mind. Strongly recommend to anyone to give it a go and bring a friend along. Will be coming back for sure!
