1. Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before Your Session

We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, we will refund your booking amount minus a small handling fee:

  • £1 per spot for communal sessions

  • £2 per booking for private sessions

This small fee helps us cover administrative costs while keeping our prices fair for everyone.

2. Cancellations or Changes Within 48 Hours of Your Session

Bookings cancelled or requested to be changed less than 48 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. This is because, at short notice, it is unlikely we can re-fill your spot.

If you are unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone else in your place. Please let us know their name ahead of time so we can update our booking system. The new attendee will be required to complete a safety waiver upon arrival.

3. No-Shows

If you do not attend your session and have not cancelled in advance, the session will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours and will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

This includes sessions booked mistakenly for an incorrect date or time. We recommend checking your confirmation email for the correct booking information upon receipt to ensure you have booked your desired session.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

If you give us more than 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to reschedule your booking (subject to availability) to another available session of the same value:

  • Discounted sessions (such as Wednesday sessions) can only be moved to another discounted session of equal value.

  • There is no handling fee for a rescheduled appointment.

Rescheduling is only available more than 48 hours before your session. Bookings made or changed within the 48-hour notice period cannot be moved or refunded.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds (cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We aim to be understanding where possible. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we cannot guarantee a refund or reschedule within 48 hours of your booking, we will always review exceptional cases at our discretion.
