Cancellation of Sauna Session:
If you find it necessary to cancel your sauna session, we kindly request that you provide more than 48 hours’ notice. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the session amount, deducting a handling fee of £1 for communal sessions (per spot) and £2 for private sessions. Unfortunately, if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice and your spot cannot be filled, we regret to inform you that a refund will not be possible.

Rescheduling of Sauna Session:
For rescheduling requests made with more than 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to accommodate your request at no extra cost. Should you wish to reschedule for the same week and provide less than 48 hours’ notice, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, contingent upon availability and without any additional charges. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of these policies.
